Do you want this report to be confidential or private?
"Confidential" means that the information related to your complaint will not be disclosed to the College or others except where: (1) there is an immediate risk of physical harm to you or someone else or (2) the College has a legal obligation to report abuse of a minor, elderly person or individual with a disability or is otherwise subject to a court order. In all other situations, information you disclose to a Confidential Employee will not be shared unless you provide written consent.
"Private" means that the information related to your complaint will be shared with the Title IX Coordinator or designee. As necessary to assist in providing supportive measures or evaluating, investigating, or resolving the complaint, other Title IX Compliance team members may receive some information about the matter on a "need to know" basis, as determined by the Title IX Coordinator or designee.
