Title IX—part of a 1972 federal education law—prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in any federally funded education program or activity. Sexual harassment and sexual violence are forms of sex discrimination. Saint Anselm College is committed to providing an environment free from discrimination, including based upon sex.
The 2024 Title IX regulations apply to conduct occurring on or after August 1, 2024. In compliance with the 2024 regulations, all College employees will receive comprehensive Title IX training upon return to campus at the start of the upcoming school year.
