In addition to the staff handbook, this web site highlights some important college policies.
The staff handbook is designed to acquaint employees with the college and provide information about working conditions, employee benefits, and some of the policies affecting employment at Saint Anselm College. In order to retain necessary flexibility in the administration of policies and procedures, the college reserves the right to revise, supplement or rescind any policies or portion of the handbook as it deems appropriate, in its sole and absolute discretion. However, no individual can bind the college to any changes to the policies stated in the staff handbook or HR Web site except with written authorization from the Office of Human Resources.
We suggest that employees become familiar with the contents of the staff handbook, and employees are required to read the handbook as well as subsequent changes or revisions.
The college may use a variety of other methods to keep employees informed of policies and procedures including, but not limited to, bulletin boards, memorandums, newsletters, and meetings. For more complete information on policies, please contact the Office of Human Resources.
Consistent with the Benedictine, Catholic principles that sustain the mission and heritage of Saint Anselm College, no one acting on behalf of the College or in administering the affairs of the College, shall discriminate against any student, faculty, staff, vendor, or contractor on the basis of the individual's race, color, gender, religion, national origin, marital status, age, disability, sexual orientation, or veteran status.
