The Office of the Vice President for Finance is responsible for managing the College's finances, physical plant, and auxiliary services. This includes:
Budget & Planning Office
The Budget and Planning Office is responsible for the development and monitoring of the College's operating and capital budgets. The Office also coordinates the creation and update of the College's multi-year plan. The Budget Office and the Controller's Office help departments manage their finances by providing access to information through the College's secure online portal and performing ad hoc analyses as requested.
Office of the Controller
The Controller's Office is responsible for numerous business functions that support the College and its mission. Those functions are Accounting and Financial Services.
Facilities
The Office of the Assistant Vice President for Facilities is responsible for all of Saint Anselm College's physical plant including oversight of the College's buildings, mechanical systems, campus utility infrastructure, as well as campus roadways and grounds. In addition, this office oversees capital planning, project management, the vehicle fleet, the campus mail center and the College's real estate holdings.
Treasury & Auxillary Services
The Office of the Associate Vice President for Treasury and Auxiliary Services is responsible for all Treasury activities including oversight of the College's investments and debt portfolio as well as risk management, management of cash and all banking services and relationships. Auxillary Services include the Campus Bookstore, Dining Services, Conference and Event Services, and the Sullivan Ice Arena.
