On March 20 and 21, 2024, Anselmians supported Saint Anselm College during the tenth annual Days of Giving campaign. This year’s campaign raised a record $1.43 million from over 4,300 donors over two days, ensuring that current and future students may continue to have the transformative experience that Saint Anselm has provided for the last 135 years.

Generous donations to important initiatives such as scholarships, nursing, the Humanities Institute, and a number of community-focused projects such as the High School Ethics Circle and the community center at St. Raphael’s Parish – just to name a few - will impact the lives of our students, faculty, staff, and community. The College was also honored to receive an outpouring of support to the Gallo Family Endowed Fund in memory of Walter Gallo ’58, who passed away recently.

There was a tremendous response to the #HawksSoarHigher athletics challenge led by Vice President of Athletics Daron Montgomery, student-athletes, coaches, and staff, where more than 2,500 donors supported the many varsity sports programs, athletics scholarships, and athletics operations.

More facts and figures:

  • More than 4,300 members of the community donated – a new campaign record.
  • Gifts came in from across campus, 45 states, and around the world in denominations ranging from $10 to $150,000 to more than 23 campus initiatives.
  • Reunion classes, led by the class of 1989 in participation, raised more than $96,000.
  • The soon-to-graduate class of 2024 won the student competition for participation with more than a quarter of the class making a gift.

“I am so thankful to all those who have supported Saint Anselm College,” said James F. Flanagan P’23, senior vice president and chief advancement officer. I’m inspired by those giving as well as by those alumni, trustees, and friends who issued challenges to inspire others to give.”
