The History Department offers internships at a number of locations, including the New Hampshire Historical Society, the New Hampshire Institute of Politics, and the College Archives. These internships can help students make informed decisions about their career, form important professional connections, obtain valuable experiences, and apply academic knowledge to real-world problems.

Outcomes

Mathematics is the quantitative language of the sciences and social sciences. Thus, we welcome students of other majors and encourage communication and cooperation between departments. Students who are interested in teaching math may find additional information on the education web site.

Outcomes

The major in German Studies represents an interdisciplinary program that enables students to attain advanced proficiency in the German language and familiarizes students with the literary and cinematic traditions of the German-speaking world while also placing significant emphasis on historical, cultural, and political contexts in which that cultural production takes place.

Poll conducted April 23-27, 2020. Results are based on online surveys of 820 New Hampshire registered voters expressing an interest in this fall’s elections for President, Governor, and Congress. Surveys were collected from cell phone users randomly drawn from a sample of registered voters reflecting the demographic and partisan characteristics of the voting population.
