will delve into essential financial literacy topics tailored to your unique needs and goals. Topics include: paying down debt, creating robust savings habits, leveraging shift differentials, bonuses, and overtime, and maximizing retirement benefit plans.
Target Audience:
Nurses at any stage of their career looking to gain financial literacy and manage personal finances effectively, especially those with student loans, credit card debt, or other financial obligations seeking practical strategies for debt reduction and financial stability. Including:

Learning Outcome:
At the completion of this program, participants will be able to describe ways to make informed financial decisions, reduce debt burdens, maximize earnings, and develop a plan for building long-term financial stability and security as a means to decrease stress and increase resiliency.
