Center-produced research publications are available by request. 
 

Among other topics, the Center has undertaken research on how to solve the housing shortage in New Hampshire. We are deploying survey experiments to test how framing housing policy affects attitudes toward planning and zoning regulations, and how features of proposed developments affect respondents’ willingness to accept these developments in their own neighborhoods. The initial results from these experiments were presented at the August 2020 “Land-Use Regulation and Housing Affordability” workshop.

The Center has contracted with Jared Rhoads (The Dartmouth Institute) to produce a research project on direct pay as a means of reducing healthcare costs in New Hampshire.
