- Prepare meetings of the Board of Trustees
- Review all personnel recommendations of the Personnel Review Committee
- Monitor the FY25 operational, capital, and strategic budgets monthly and recommend adjustments as needed
- Ensure that the $5M budget reset is completed and integrated into FY26 operational budget
- Ensure alignment between operational and strategic budgets
- Manage crisis situations
