On Friday, March 29, 2025, Saint Anselm College hosted the annual Sr. Pauline Lucier Relay For Life, where students, faculty, and staff gathered to honor those affected by cancer, celebrate survivors, and raise money for the American Cancer Society.

This year’s event, co-chaired by Olivia Michaud ’25 and Joe O’Malley ’25, raised $70,845. The event featured powerful speeches by students Ellen Linso ’25 and Lucy McClorey ’25, who shared their personal stories. The Grand Marshall, Stephanie Green, was a standout figure, having faced a brain tumor with remarkable strength. She embraces her experience with the mindset, “This happened for me, not to me,” and finds joy in everyday moments while treasuring the relationships she’s built since her diagnosis. Highlights of the night included the survivors lap, games organized by service societies, and the Luminaria ceremony.
