working within community for positive change
Community Engagement
We believe volunteering helps us become active and engaged citizens who make a difference in our communities, both near and far. It’s at the core of our Benedictine heritage through the values of hospitality, community, love, and stewardship. It’s what makes us Anselmian: creative, generous people fostering positive social change. Through our partnerships and work in community, Anselmians learn and give. They develop a global perspective that stays with them long after they graduate.

Meelia Center for Community Engagement
Community engagement is an integral part of who we are and most of it happens through the Meelia Center. It mobilizes the talent and creativity of Saint Anselm students, faculty, and staff to support and collaborate with the greater Manchester community. You can learn, lead, and serve through Meelia.
For those looking to develop partnerships, Saint Anselm is committed to working with you to learn about community needs, the root causes of social issues, and to find ways to foster positive social change.
