Jean blends her knowledge of business etiquette with a wealth of experience, having worked with thousands of employers and job seekers. She has a unique talent for delivering engaging and effective programs focused on professional networking and business protocol. Her aim is to enhance participants' confidence and competence in their professional skills. 

With over 100 programs facilitated at universities and organizations across New England and New York, Jean also brings more than 30 years of experience in higher education.
