During Banned Books Week October 1-7, 2023, we will host a book discussion of the second most challenged book in 2022, "All Boys Aren't Blue" by George M. Johnson. 

"In a series of personal essays, prominent journalist and LGBTQIA+ activist George M. Johnson explores his childhood, adolescence, and college years in New Jersey and Virginia. From the memories of getting his teeth kicked out by bullies at age five, to flea marketing with his loving grandmother, to his first sexual relationships, this young-adult memoir weaves together the trials and triumphs faced by Black queer boys" (GoodReads.com).

We will host a book discussion of "The Vanishing Half" by Britt Bennett.

Join us in recognizing and celebrating faculty and staff of Saint Anselm College who published research and scholarship in 2023. Geisel Library will be hosting the 10^th annual celebration on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 from 12:30-1:20 p.m. 

Published works will be on display for attendees to peruse, and three faculty will speak briefly about their published research: Christopher Galdieri, Shannon O’Leary, and Kyle Hubbard. 

Refreshments will be provided.

The Academic Resource Center and Geisel Library are partnering to host a Write-In. Students are invited to join us in Geisel's Reading Room for an opportunity to get inspired and be productive, writing along with others. 

Writing and research help will be available.
