Friday, April 23 marked the 33rd Shakespeare Day celebration at Saint Anselm College, celebrating the Bard’s 457th birthday.

Saint Anselm College celebrated the 14th annual Relay for Life a little different this year. Held outside on the Alumni quad on a rainy Sunday afternoon, students walked in honor of those affected by cancer to raise awareness and fundraise for the American Cancer Society.

The Saint Anselm College Choir continues to perform, adapting its model to keep students safe during the pandemic.

Saint Anselm College’s 128th commencement exercises for the class of 2021 will take place on-campus on Saturday, May 15, 2021.

The New Hampshire Institute of Politics will host Carlos Lozada, The Washington Post’s Pulitzer Prize–winning book critic and author of “What Were We Thinking: A Brief Intellectual History of the Trump Era” on April 26 at 7 p.m. via ZOOM.

In March, Saint Anselm College celebrated Women’s History Month, commemorating women from the past and present– from the first to equal. 

The Fine Arts Department at Saint Anselm College has been presenting common hour concerts throughout the year, featuring performances from both students and faculty.

The ongoing global health pandemic has transformed virtually every aspect of “normal life.” Saint Anselm nursing students are living these changes first-hand in their classes and clinical experiences. Professors have altered lectures, classwork, and clinicals to educate the future nurses about this pivotal time for the profession.

On March 30 and 31, 2021, Anselmians took time to honor the influential and often unsung heroes who inspired and influenced their time at Saint Anselm College during the 7th Annual Days of Giving campaign. 

In February, the Chapel Art Center proudly opened their newest exhibition, Works on Paper, Including Recent Acquisitions, Selections from the Permanent Collection.
