Offered as a major (B.A.)
The Finance major prepares you for careers in corporate finance, investment banking, international finance, financial planning, and wealth management. You’ll gain valuable analytical thinking skills from real-world classroom assignments as well as interpersonal skills from networking events. With a Saint Anselm finance degree, you’ll be thoroughly equipped to build successful relationships while advancing in the field.

The Bloomberg Finance Lab
Housed in Joseph Hall, this state-of-the-art system gives you a competitive advantage in the classroom and on the job. You’ll use the Bloomberg terminals as part of class assignments to receive up-to-the-minute information on the world financial markets in a real-world trading environment. Many students use it to earn certifications in Bloomberg programs and find job opportunities.
Annual New York City Business Trip
During the Economics and Business Department’s annual New York City trip, finance students networked with alumni working in the industry and learned about potential career paths as well as internship and job opportunities. Some of the places they visited included JP Morgan, Bloomberg, Morgan Stanley, and the Bank of New York.
