Before that, \nhe headed up the NH Community Loan Fund's child care and nonprofit lending \nprogram after serving as legal counsel at the fiscal sponsor and nonprofit \ncenter operator TSNE in Boston, MA for nearly 10 years. Josh earned his Juris \nDoctor at Vermont Law School and LLM in Commerce and Technology at the \nUniversity of New Hampshire School of Law.
