Risk Ready: Helping Nonprofit Boards Navigate Uncertainty

Remote

February 18, 2026
9:00 am EST - 10:30 am EST

The work nonprofits do is more important than ever. At the same time, the uncertainty and risks nonprofits face have never been more pressing. During these extraordinary times, boards and leaders of nonprofits need to understand their risk appetite and identify and manage ongoing and emerging risks while staying true to their missions.

This webinar will equip boards with a practical framework for assessing risk appetite, ensuring organizational readiness, spotting and tracking threats, and building the partnerships and resources needed to respond effectively. Using relatable examples and simple tools, the session will empower organizations to stay steady and mission-focused no matter what comes their way.

Zoom link will be sent a day or two before the session. This webinar will NOT be recorded, but accompanying resources will be shared with attendees.
