{ "name": "The Art of Debriefing", "description": "*The Art of Debriefing* is Module 2 of 4 towards the Healthcare Simulation \nEducator Certificate\n\nThis is a *4 week* course that runs from April 16 - May 14, with a \nsynchronous online day on April 16 from 8:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.\n\nOur innovative online certificate program is designed to explore the various \ncomponents necessary to develop and run simulation scenarios within an \nacademic or clinical setting.\n\u00a0\n\n*Target Audience:*\n\n * Any nurse practicing in an education role who is interested in developing\n or working in a simulation program. This would be applicable to nurse\n educators in academia or healthcare facilities, preceptors, mentors, or\n staff nurses who are interested in learning more about this teaching\n pedagogy.\n \u00a0\n * Each module will earn 15 Nursing Contact Hours. Each module can be taken\n individually. In order to receive the certificate (60 contact hours), all\n 4 modules must be completed.\n \u00a0\n * Each module begins with one virtual live webinar from 08:30am- 4:00pm.
