For details on citing sources in various styles (MLA, APA, Chicago, Turabian, etc.), review our Citing Sources guide.
We send you emails regarding interlibrary loan requests for many reasons. Be sure to read your email thoroughly to determine why we have contacted you. For example:
- We cancelled your request because we found the material in our databases or freely online and provided you a direct link.
- We cancelled your request because we were unable to find a library that could loan the material you requested.
- Your material has been received and you need to pick it up at the circulation desk (books and films) or download it through your ILLiad account (articles).
Professional librarians staff the Reference Desk six days a week during the academic term. In addition to stopping by the Reference Desk in person, you may also contact a reference library via phone, email, chat, or text with your question.
You may also visit the Reference Librarians' offices located adjacent to the computer lab and IT Help Desk.
Yes. Stop by the IT Help Desk for assistance in downloading the Print Anywhere software to your computer. Once you have the software installed, you may release your print job from any printer release station on campus. There are three in the library, one on each floor.
We have one color printer located in the computer lab across from the IT Help Desk on the main level. You must use one of our desktop computers to print to it; you cannot print to it from your laptop.
You access the library's databases the same way regardless of where you are. Whether going through the main library search box or a different database, you'll be prompted to log in on the standard Saint Anselm College log in screen that you see when logging into your SAC Outlook email or Canvas.
Log in with your Saint Anselm email and password. If you are already logged into your email or Canvas, you should not be prompted to log in again.
